My name is Christine and I am a mommy of two young boys. In the day I am a Recruiter and by night, I love to cuddle with my boys or whip up something sweet in the kitchen after they go to bed. The Midnight Bake Shop is a fitting name as you can see.
Everything I know about baking and decorating in the past 8 years is self taught. However, I did work part time in a small bakery when I was 16 years old. I cracked eggs for chinese egg tarts, made non-bake gelatin cheesecakes and piped thousands of stars to cover Ninja Turtle cakes that came from a mould. I am looking forward to learning new skills and trying new things in the kitchen. When working heads down in the kitchen, I am in my own zone. Don't talk to me as I won't hear you. :)
